We here at Eurotext will do whatever we can to help our resources with technical questions and issues.
What we need from you is some very detailed information about the problem you have encountered, so that we can help you to the best of our ability and get you back to work asap.
This is how you can help us to help you:
- Fill out all the mandatory fields correctly, making sure to follow the examples provided.
- Eurotext Support must be able to reproduce any error you find in order to offer suitable help. Make sure to describe the exact steps leading to this error message. The more detail, the better.
- Important: Make sure to include your memoQ version and build number in the relevant field. (Where do I see the memoQ version number?)
- Make sure to state the memoQ project name, your target language, and the name of the document in which the error occurred.
- When adding a screenshot, please make sure that the entire memoQ application window is visible, and not only the section where the error occurred. (How do I create a screenshot?)
- Copy the entire text of the error message show in the error window. Where a button “More” is available, open the dialog and copy the entire text of the error message. (How do I copy error messages?)
- Make sure to contact helpdesk@eurotext.de immediately, should there be any change in the error behavior. The best option in this case would be to send a reply of the copy you received of your initial form mail to us.
